The forces of big government are doing some damage control.
For far too long, Governor Markell was able to usher in a federal takeover of education in Delaware through coercion of the local school districts and a lot of secrecy.
Pressure has been mounting from the grassroots to reverse course, with teachers and school board members starting to openly come out against Common Core implementation.
Organizations and groups across the state are having informational forums on Common Core, Race To The Top, and the state education system in general.
And now, Governor Markell and the Delaware Department of Education have resurrected their “Education Road Shows” again to keep their propaganda narrative alive.
Informational forums can be informative, but we also need you to be a part of the battle plan to achieve legislative victories that produce actual results.
And town hall road shows with politicians make you feel like your voice is being heard, but let’s be honest –-
— Have they ever changed anything in the past?
Please join us at one of our meetings this month. We will continue busting the myths about Common Core and focusing on our collaborative, two-part legislative strategy to reverse it.

Please attend one of our meetings listed above, and join the ranks of grassroots activists who refuse to sit on the sidelines.
