With less than 20 calendar days left in this year’s General Assembly, our goal of keeping some egregious assaults on our constitutional rights from becoming a reality are within reach.
But the final days of session are also the most dangerous – especially the last day, June 30th.
There’s a long list of liberty-shredding bills on the Ready List and even more currently sitting in the committees.
We’ll be covering that list at our meetings this month.
On June 30th, legislators stop the clock at 11:59 p.m. and continue their assaults on our liberties for hours into the early morning.
Politicians regularly “suspend the rules” and pull the most outrageous stunts – like submitting bills and passing them through both chambers in the same night.
And it’s going to take an all-out effort on June 30th to keep those bills from reaching the Governor’s desk for signature into law.
That’s why we need you to attend one of our June meetings.
We’re organizing to descend upon the Capitol on June 30th.
Here are the dates and times for our June meetings across the state:
West New Castle County – Monday, June 16, from 7-9 p.m.
Newark Senior Center (Activity Room)
200 White Chapel Drive
Newark, DE 19713
North New Castle County – Wednesday, June 18, from 7-9 p.m.
Emmanuel Presbyterian Church

Sussex County – Friday, June 20, from 7-9 p.m.

South New Castle County – Thursday, June 26, from 7-9 p.m.

Middletown, DE 19709
We are going to need a steady stream of volunteers at the Capitol all evening and night long, showing up in shifts to lobby the legislators in person and by phone.
This is the most important time of the year to have citizens who are willing to stand for freedom.
Please attend one of our June meetings at the times and dates listed above.

P.S. The most dangerous day of the year for freedom is quickly approaching. Only an organized effort on June 30th will keep some of the worst assaults to our liberties from reaching the Governor’s desk.
Please attend one of our meetings this month, as we organize to have a constant presence at the Capitol that evening. We hope to see you at one of the locations and times listed above.
